The topic of “Public Buildings and Placemaking” is the central focus of this issue, which features relevant projects such as BIG’s MÉCA Cultural Centre in Bordeaux, Studio Hollenstein’s Green Square Library and Plaza in Sydney, and the National Kaohsiung Centre for the Arts in Taiwan by Mecanoo.
